Data controller
KuarkSoftware is the data controller for personal data that you share through the project discovery form. You can submit requests concerning your personal data through the contact form.
Data processed and purpose
Your full name, company, industry, phone number, email address, selected solution area, target timeline and process description are processed to assess your project request, contact you, clarify the scope and conduct pre-contractual communications.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically when you complete the website form. Processing is carried out to take pre-contractual steps at your request, fulfill legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights.
Transfer and retention
Your data may be processed by hosting and email infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary to operate the form securely and deliver email. Records are retained for the period required to resolve the request and meet applicable legal retention obligations.
Web analytics
Google Analytics is used to understand visitor experience and page performance. The service may process aggregated usage data such as viewed pages, referral source, device and browser information for measurement. Analytics data is not used for purposes other than improving the website and project request process.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, request correction or deletion and exercise the other rights stated in the law. Your application must clearly identify you and your request.
